Nancy shared her take on the Shabby Card Class project from the Scrapbooking mega Meet with us. She says:
I attended the class Shabby Chic Cards at the Scrapbooking Mega Meet in Novi, Michigan in early May. I went into the class knowing that I wanted to make a mini album instead of cards. Attached is a photo of the cover and one of the album fanned out. Each card is glued to another on three sides to make a pocket plus there are other pockets on the pages. Numerous tags are in the pockets. Photos can be placed in the pockets or attached to the tags. In between the cardstock pages are translucent ones which I cut using dies and then attached images. I used vintage silk seam binding for two of the bows and knitting ribbon for a third. I added vintage pearl buttons instead of the plastic ones.
