Today's blog project comes to us from long time Melissa Frances design team member Melissa Phillips. She shared:
Hope is such a beautiful word, isn't it? Its meaning has always had a powerful effect and presence in my life, sometimes I don't rely on it as much as I should and find that I've lost a bit of hope, but when I let it in, I see that it works miracles, large and small. As I was creating this little gift caddy, I decided that I wanted the word "hope" to be represented.
I started with the ScoreBoard Caddy die and some Melissa Frances Classic Elegance paper. I then added a tattered flower to the front of my caddy using vintage trim, glittered paper, and vintage button. The Fringed Flower die is a favorite of mine for making these fun, tattered, and layered flowers.
These caddies make such fun gifts and can be used for so many things including card sets, notepad holders, etc. I filled this particular caddy with a few craft supplies to share with a friend such as washi tape, buttons, ribbon, etc.
Adorable as can be, I want this caddy die because I know it would be so useful. Decorated so sweetly. Thanks for the inspiration
