2 "Classic Elegance" project shares from Russia

Today we have two beautiful projects to share with you from Russian scrapbooker Tatiana. She shared the following lovely note with us:

I want to share with you my love to new collection "Classic Elegance". I have made a LO and a card using papers "At first blush", "Bits of paper", "Strictly business” and "Lost in a garden". Also I used some embellishments by Melissa Frances (adorable angels and fascinating crowns). I had a lot of fun using this new collection!

New Jersey Scrapbook Expo

It was our pleasure to have the talented Fabienne Pernot France as a member of the Melissa Frances international design team for several years. She created many beautiful projects for us that were out of the box in a unique, creative way. While Fabienne is no longer on our team, she did leave us with a few projects that we had not yet shared on the Melissa Frances blog.

Here is a little about this project from Fabienne:

"Here is a rather special card I created for my little cousin Naomi, an adorable young, pretty girl, who is always sweet and smiling. A girl who, according to tradition and the Catholic religion, has grown and received teachings and, on a recent Sunday, celebrated her profession of faith in taking communion.

I could not miss this opportunity to offer this gift with our hope that she will keep her smile despite life's difficulties, and that she'll be sincere and passionate in all her actions. In short, I wanted to encourage her to enter the adult world in sweetness."

A special thank you to Fabienne for all the time and energy you devoted to creating amazing projects for us. We enjoyed having you as a part of the Melissa Frances team!

Description: Join Karin in this fun Melissa Frances mini-book class that was created for the Winter 2013 CHA Melissa Frances booth. Now that all the papers have arrived, she is ready to teach you how to make it! We will be using the new Melissa Frances paper line “Classic Elegance” as well as lots of embellishments, resin, tags and trims. We will even break out the paint to add some extra dimension to our project. Everything will be provided to make your own personal mini-book.

You bring: basic craft kit: scissor, adhesive (Beacon 3-in-1 is recommended and available for purchase at the store) and a pencil.

We hope you enjoyed your Labour Day weekend. We can hardly believe that it's already September...it seems like summer went by in a flash! As the kids start heading back to school, families get back into their 'normal' schedules and the weather turns cooler, it's the time of year when many paper crafters are able to devote more time to creating.
