Today we have a super sweet tutorial from design team member Rachel McAffee to share with you. Rachel kindly took some step by step photos so that you can follow along with her.
Supply List: Rectangle w/ scallops Backdrop • Ornament Church House • Pattern Paper- Hydrangeas, Un Billet and Blessings • Pink Mica • Glass Glitter • C'est la Vie banner cardstock stickers • Heaven Sent Applique Set • Old Fashioned Rope Tinsel •
Pink Mini Tree• C'est la Vie tag and banner • Pop Out Alphabet - Gold • Pearl Embellishment • Pink Pom Pom Trim • Resin Applique
Directions:
Trace the scalloped backdrop using the Hydrangeas paper and cut out.
Trace the church house using Blessings paper and cut out.
Adhere pattern paper to the church house using glue and let dry.
Using spray adhesive, spray the roof of the house and sprinkle pink mica on top.
Paint windows using cream paint and let dry. Using glue, attach tinsel to trim the house.
Glue the windows to the inside of the house and attach house to the base using glue.
Line the windows with glue (I used Zip Dry) and sprinkle glitter over the windows.
Attach resin applique to the front of the house.
Attach a C'est la Vie banner sticker to the backdrop and adhere pearls to the banner.Cut out a heart using the Un Billet paper and attach on top of the banner.
Adhere Heaven Sent Applique set on top of the heart using glue and let dry. Attach C'est la Vie tag and banner on top of the applique set. Attach glitter chipboard letter towards the bottom of the backboard.
Attach pom pom trim around the base of the house and attach the pink tree to the base as well.
Trim a bit of the tinsel off of house.
Attach the house to the backdrop using glue and let dry.
