We received this layout from Renata Moni who lives in Brazil and shared how difficult it was for her to find our product line locally. Once she finally found it, she made this layout and has graciously offered to share it. I love how much layering she has done. It really lends itself well to the vintage-shabby style of the papers.

We have a large set of ATC cards to share with you today from Yana. She says:
I've made cards using 6 by 6 paper pad and small tags, white cotton lace, some chipboard, pearls and resin embellishments. Some charms, paper flowers, buttons and seam binding bows also.
Yana has shared creations with us in the past, and these cards once again show how talented she is. Thank you Yana!

Today we are pleased to have an awesome tutorial from design team member Sherrie Siemens to share.
She is going to show us how to turn this:
into this:
Quite the difference, eh?
First, here is the SUPPLY LIST:
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mask off the resin piece so that your airbrushing only the greenery of the tree. Airbrush the whole tree surface with YG25.
2. Consider light source and airbrush YG67 to one side of the tree.
3. Add some deeper shadows by airbrushing YG97. It is helpful, when airbrushing, to start the spray OFF of your project and then move onto your project with greater accuracy.
4.Use your blender pen to remove ink in areas where you wish to add a different color. In this case I removed the color from the little lights on the tree.
5.Remove masking tape and color the star and tree lights directly with the Y15 copic marker.
6.Color the gift packages under the tree directly with marker colors BG45,Y15 and R89.
7.The inside ornament detail was colored directly with copic markers YG67 and R89.
8. Sand the surface of the colored frame for a finished shabby look.

Our flower picks are available in two colors; cream and pink and naturally, they coordinate beautifully with our papers.

Here is another cute storage container decorated with our 5th Avenue papers, this time from design team member Anne Kristine. We thought that it was interesting to note that both Anne Kristine, and Evgenia (from yesterday) used our tissue paper garland around the top of the container. Neither designer had seen the other's project when they submitted these to us, it was just another one of those cases where creative minds think alike!

Design Team Member Evgenia shared this adorable recycled project with us. She says:
I like to drink green tea, and prefer it in loose version. So often I have some boxes left. This time I decided not to through them away, but to use it for my pencils, that I sometimes color with. I removed the pin from the back of the crown so it would stick more easily.
