Today we have a beautiful frame featuring our 5th Avenue Collection to share from design team member Emeline Seet.
She says:
Most of the time, my layouts are measured 12” x 12” and often kept in albums. In some instances, I prefer to frame them up. Like this project which I created showcasing Melissa Frances, I deviated from the usual 12”x 12” measurement. I worked around the frame and created a layout to suit the size of the frame.
I especially like how the structures of frames act as additional platform for me to embellish. Corners and the sides can be decorated. The possibilities are endless! On this project, I had the concept of using “frames on frames”. I made use of mini canvases, reversed them and use it as a shadow box. Photos can be inserted and you could further embellish to your liking.

so wonderful and so many details

Wow, such a stunning project! I have a question regarding Melissa Frances' 2012 Scrapbook Expo workshops. I enjoyed her Shabby Chic Card Class at the Santa Clara, California Expo in August 2011. Will the Shabby Card Classes in February and March 2012 be using different products, or is it the same class I already took? Thank you very much for your help. I can't wait for Expo!
