Our super-talented January Guest Artist, Jennifer Stewart, has been generous enough to create this beautiful Soldered Pendant (featuring a vintage image and brooch from the Melissa Frances Vintage Postcard Kit) and GIVE IT AWAY to one of our lucky blog readers...all you have to do, is leave a comment below! We will select a winner next Wednesday, so don't forget to leave a comment below! We would like to thank Jennifer for sharing all of her beautiful projects with our readers this month!
I love soldering pendants, so I supersized this one to use as a lovely hanging decor piece. The glass is 2x3, double-sided, and holds two Melissa Frances vintage tiny photos, one on each side. I dangled the MF cameo charm and my own vintage chandelier crystal from the bottom. The pendant hangs on a vintage mother-of-pearl chain and a length of seam binding. Would be perfect hanging on a mirror or next to a window.

What a beautiful pendant! I am just learning to solder and know the time and effort that goes into making a piece like this. A very generous give away.

Please note that this is for decor since it's pretty big (2x3). The details are in the paragraph at the end of the post. :) I suppose you could wear it, but it might be heavy, lol. I have it on my mirror right now on my mantle...so pretty there! (as pictured)

I just love this pendant. This has given me a lot of inspiration to use some of my memory glass and frames. This pendant would look great on the door knob on my glass library cabinet door.
